How do I apply for a job at Floward?

There are two ways in which you can apply for jobs at Floward; you can either drop your CV through our open application form available on our home page or visit our vacancies page and apply to job openings in your desired department.

What happens when I submit my resume online?

Once you submit your resume online, it will be processed by Floward recruiters and added to our database. Your CV will be evaluated based on the field of interest you have selected. At that time, we’ll let you know if we’d like to speak with you, need more information, or if your application isn’t fit for what we’re looking for. If there are no matches at the moment, your resume will be kept in our database for future vacancies.

How long will Floward keep my resume in the database?

Your CV will be saved in our database indefinitely, and you are free to send an updated version if you have further information to add.

If my application is not successful, will you provide me with feedback so that I can improve?

We know that constructive criticism is important for your career path, but because of the sheer volume of applications we receive, it’s unlikely that you will receive personalized feedback.

Can I apply for jobs in other Floward locations even if I don't live there?

Yes, you can definitely apply for jobs in other countries even if you don’t live there. However, it’s important to know that we usually prefer candidates who are already in the same country as the job opening. We want to hire people who are easily accessible and can start working right away. However, rest assured, if there’s a shortage of local talent, we review applications from overseas candidates.

I have all the qualifications listed, but I wasn’t selected for an interview. Why?

We wish we could speak with every candidate, but the number of highly qualified applicants for a role is often too high to allow for it.

Do you have part-time jobs?

Yes, we do have part-time jobs at Floward. The full-time or part-time job opportunities will be indicated for each of our opening positions when applying.

What is the recruitment process like at Floward?

Like working here, the recruitment process is both rigorous and fun! Once the interview process has begun, we make it a priority for candidates to meet with multiple individuals on the current team. It’s important for us that you and the team have every opportunity to ask the questions needed to make sure the position is right for you. Depending on the position, you may also be asked to take a test, make a video, or submit a case study just to name a few. Based on the results of the interview and test, our recruitment team will get back to you with an answer.

What is the salary range for the position I am applying for?

We usually do not list the salary ranges for our positions. However, rest assured Floward offers competitive packages.
